The AuditGuard component of the BrandGuard Program focuses on identifying program deficiencies before they negatively impact your product. At regular intervals, a RMC Food Safety Specialist will conduct sanitation and GMP audits of both sanitation and production processes, to assist with identifying opportunities for improvement. Once deficiencies are identified, a Food Safety Specialist will provide recommended solutions to address them.
Follow-up training is a critical element of the AuditGuard Program and food processing employees will then be educated on the proper techniques to address both existing issues and opportunities. RMC Food Safety Training includes in-plant seminars on food sanitization, employee hygiene practices, and various other GMP related topics.
